Imagine a beautiful Saturday morning at the park, learning about an important health topic from a local doctor, and going for a walk with some new friends.

That could be you tomorrow, Saturday, February 21st! Come join us for Walk With A Doc!

Walk With A Doc is a global program with local chapters all around the world and our Waco one is led by the McLennan County Medical Society.

Each FREE monthly walk begins with a short discussion on a health topic led by a community physician, followed by a 60-min walk around the park.

In Waco, we meet on the 3rd Saturday of each month at 9am at Mountain View Park.

And FREE T-shirts! (while supplies last)

Waco Wellness Festival 2026 was incredible!

Our site director and community liaison (and his adorable daughter) were able to participate along with so many wonderful people.

Over 25 community wellness organizations were represented, with live workout classes, massages, stretches, samples, giveaways, and powerful testimonials from people who were living proof that these products and services actually worked!

We were honored to have one of our former patients, Jennifer Yakich Cejka, give her testimonial on how she was able to lose 100 lbs in one of our clinical trials, after not having much success on her own. Please take a moment and watch the short 4-min video to learn more!
