Secondary Facelift🌟

Lower Blepharoplasty👁️

Dr. Guy performed a transconjunctival lower blepharoplasty on this lovely patient in her 60s. This procedure is done in the operating room through incisions on the inside of the lower eyelid, resulting in no visible scars.

With large lateral fat pads, she was concerned with constantly looking tired. Her results show a smoother under-eye contour and give her a more refreshed and well-rested appearance!

Out-of-town patient? No problem- Dr. Guy offers virtual consultations!

During your video consult, you’ll discuss your facial areas of concern and review surgical recommendations by Dr. Guy. Once a surgery date is scheduled, we’ll see you in person for a pre-operative appointment to finalize the plan and go over all pre- and post-op instructions to ensure you’re fully prepared.

Out-of-town patients typically stay at a nearby hotel the night before and the night after surgery. We’ll see you back in the office one week post-op to remove sutures, and follow-up visits can often be conducted virtually to monitor your healing progress.

Lines around the mouth (often called “smoker’s lines”) are a common concern, even for patients with no history of smoking. These lines can deepen over time due to aging, lack of consistent SPF use, and repetitive facial movement.
