Functional Upper Bleph👁️

This patient came to Dr. Guy with concerns of impaired vision caused by excess skin to the upper eyelids. In some cases, a brow lift is paired with an upper blepharoplasty to fully address heaviness of the lids. Dr. Guy performed both an upper blepharoplasty to remove the excess skin and a direct brow lift to elevate the brow position. Nasal Tip Refinement👃

Combination Procedure🌟

Dr. Guy often recommends combining procedures—like eyes and neck—in a single surgical session to minimize downtime and maximize results. However, we understand that every patient’s situation is unique depending on budget, time frame, or personal preference. Treatments can always be adjusted to best fit your needs, whether performed together or in stages.

Procedure ☝: Dr. Guy performed a Facelift Extended (facelift + brow lift) along with an Upper Blepharoplasty in the office using oral sedation and local anesthesia.

Procedure ✌️: Four months later, she underwent a Lower Blepharoplasty in the operating room under general anesthesia to remove the fat pads just below the eyes.

This beautiful patient, in her early 70s, is now 6 months post Facelift Extended/Upper Bleph and 2 months post Lower Bleph—and looking radiant, refreshed, and completely natural!
