I left out the fact that red wine especially worsens hot flashes. If I had made a new video, I would not have been able to capture my beautiful wife’s reactions to the subject, so I will leave it as it is. I am most definitely a lucky man.

This is me and my good friend and Neighbor Jared. We spent all afternoon replacing sprinkler heads, dropping new sprinkler lines, and overall getting dirty, sweaty, sun-kissed , and ultimately exhausted.

Jared didn’t ask for anything; he just showed up and spent his entire afternoon helping and teaching me. he is a fantastic human being and the epitome of being a wonderful neighbor and our entire neighborhood loves him. He is a blessing to all of us.

In our current society, we spend so much time staring at screens and staying isolated in our homes, that we are losing connection with the people around us. Well, I will tell you in my neighborhood that is not a problem. And the Haskett family are truly blessed by our neighbors.

so go outside, sit in the front yard, and get to know your neighbors. You will feel better and believe it or not your health will improve as well. Because we need each other. Always have and always will.
