This summer, 26 rising sophomores, juniors, and seniors explored healthcare careers through immersive experiences at Ascension Providence Hospital — our biggest group since launching in 2021!
Students participated in hands-on simulations, learned from Waco Family Medicine residents during case studies and skills labs, and earned certifications in CPR and Stop the Bleed.

CHAMPS continues to grow as we inspire the next generation of healthcare professionals in Central Texas.
