We've carried Maui Jim for many years at Lakeview Clinic Optical, and it is one of the brands that people keep coming back for. Lakeview Clinic Optical can now submit out-of-network claims for eyewear directly to your vision insurance! We can now easily check what your benefits would be prior to making a purchase and submit a reimbursement claim on your behalf. Reimbursements are then sent directly to patients after being processed by the vision insurance provider.
