We hope you are had a wonderful Holiday Season! We have loved seeing new faces at the studio over break as well 🙂 Looking to set your new years resolution? Make us apart of it! We are back to normal this week for classes with one more pop up for Mat Pilates. This is the LAST free Mat pilates class!

We hope you are having a wonderful holiday season!

In the spirit of the holiday season, and new beginnings, we are offering special pop-up classes for only $5! You heard that right, $10 OFF the original class cost. ALSO, our Mat Pilates classes remain FREE for the month of January! We want to make the studio accessible to anyone and everyone, no matter what phase of life they may be in. So take advantage of this special TODAY! ($5 special only applies to the classes on 12/28 - 1/3 & labeled ‘NEW YEARS SPECIAL $5. If you are a punch card holder you can still choose ‘bring a punch card’ and use that towards the class or you can pay the $5 discount special)

We also wanted to take a moment and share our cancelation policy with you all. We thank you for being patient and supportive while we grow as a new Yoga Studio in town! Share the word with family and friends to come take class with you! The more yogis in class the better 🙂

Class Cancellation Policy

At Cultivate Wellness, we strive to provide a consistent and high-quality experience for all of our students. In order to maintain the energy and effectiveness of our classes, we currently require a minimum of 3 registered participants for each session to run as scheduled. We kindly ask that you please pre-register to help us keep classes running smoothly. Please note, as our class sizes continue to grow, this minimum could be subject to change.

If fewer than 3 participants are registered for a class, the class will be canceled 2 hours prior to the scheduled start time.

Stretch and Sip - Schram Vineyards Winery & Brewery 🍷 🧘‍♀️

NEW class and collaboration with Schram Vinyards Thursday Nov. 20th! Come take a Slow Flow class with us 11/20 from 6:00-7:00pm taught by Kelsey Holder. We will be taking class inside the cozy barrel room as we find our flow, peace, and inner strength. After class, each yogi will receive 1 token to use toward a glass of wine, beer, food, or cocktail after class.

$25 per person (if you are not a punch card holder. Register by enrolling in the class. NOT as a drop-in)

$15 for punch card holders (register as a drop-in for the class)
