✔ A master multi-tasker with top-notch organizational skills

✔ Part Jedi (anticipating needs before they arise)
✔ Quick and adaptable—cat-like reflexes are a plus!

What You’ll Do:

As the face of our clinic, you’ll be the first and last point of contact for our patients, ensuring they have a warm, welcoming, and seamless experience. Your role includes:

Greeting and assisting patients at the front desk
Managing scheduling, phone calls, and payments
Overseeing daily office operations, including light billing and basic tech support
Helping maintain efficiency and flow within the clinic
