Our 6-week small group program is getting a new name and a new look: Strong 4 Life.

Why the rebrand? Because the Founder’s Circle worked out all the kinks and have been instrumental in fine tuning the perfect kick start program to lifelong change! This program isn’t jut about the workouts. It’s about building strength that carries into everyday life—strength you can use, strength that lasts, strength that makes you feel good in your own skin.

Even though I’ve been sick, our Founders still wrapped up this week as strong as we could. That’s what showing up looks like.

Well… today it’s my turn to be down for the count. 🤧
Getting sick isn’t fun, but it is a reminder that our bodies are constantly working hard to protect us. And sometimes, they need us to stop and help them do their job.

If you ever find yourself here too:
💧 Drink plenty of fluids
🛌 Get lots of rest
🍲 Nourish your body with foods that are easy to digest
…and let yourself actually take a break.

Then, when you’re feeling better, get right back to your movement and healthy habits. One sick day (or even a few) doesn’t erase your progress — it just means your body is busy winning another kind of battle. 💪
