We are officially halfway through our CPR/AED training series with the electrical apprentices at IEC Northern Ohio, 3 classes down and 3 more to go! 👏⚡🚑

It has been great working with these apprentices as they learn lifesaving CPR and AED skills that could make a difference both on and off the job site. We appreciate the opportunity to help prepare the next generation of skilled trades professionals to respond confidently during an emergency.

Knowing how to respond during a choking emergency can save a life‼

In class, our students learn to first deliver 5 hard back blows between the shoulder blades, followed by abdominal thrusts if the obstruction is not relieved. Hands-on practice helps build the confidence needed to act quickly in a real emergency.

You never know when these skills may be needed, and being prepared matters. 👏🚑
