OMG this menu was so delicious! It was a special Juneteenth celebration class honoring the flavorings of African American Cuisine and learning how Foods fight Cancer. No cholesterol or suffering in this meal...only flavor. Barbecue Portobello mushrooms, potato salad, baked beans and a refreshing watermelon strawberry smoothie. It was pure YUM!
