🧘🏽‍♀️Join us for a lovely evening of Yoga Nidra Among the Flowers on Wednesday July 16th to support the newly formed Wahoo Area Arts Council!

🕯️The lights will be dimmed, candles will be lit, soothing music will be playing, and Sandi of will be guiding us through a ‘conscious state of sleep.’ If you can lie down, you can practice Yoga Nidra!

🪷100% of ticket sales will support , and class will be held from 6:30pm-7:30pm on Wednesday July 16th at Found & Flora.

The spring equinox is here. The light regains its domain, day light hours stretch longer than the dark. It's a time of preparation, rejoicing, growth and new life. Time for hibernating has passed and now we roll up our sleeves get to work. The energy stored within now bursts forth from new leaf buds, love is in the air as pair bonded wildlife recommit to each other while others prance and display hoping to find a match. Preparations are made for the new lives growing within, each new generation bringing hope and opportunities for love.

Let your light shine forth from these dark days so that it can be a beacon to guide those escaping the darkness. It is time for new beginnings, it's time the light wins. ~Kristy Richmond
