Calling all Warriors. 📣💪🏼🎗Join me for Survivor & Thriver Thursday on November 20th @ 6:30 p.m. for a 30-minute guided meditation.

As a cancer survivor myself, I know just how hard cancer is on your mind, body, and soul wellness. And it doesn't just end after treatment. This is an ongoing fight.

My hope for this meditation is to empower, restore, and heal your spirit in the company of other warriors, wherever we may be in our journey. I would like to do this once a month on the 3rd Thursday, as the schedule allows. The cost is $10💰 (space is limited to 10).

And to honor our fight. A portion of ✨️EVERY✨️ Survivor & Thriver Thursday will go to a local warrior to help with expenses (gas, food, bills, etc. ) If you are not part of the "Cancer Club" but would like to donate, please message me. Thank you. 💖🫶🏼 🩹

I will be offering a new service 🎉. VibroAcoustic Therapy (VAT). I had my littles come test it out after I got it all set up. They LOVED it 🎶🎧. I have a couple of volunteers lined up to try it and give me feedback back and I could use ONE more. Free of charge. Catch is that I need you to give me honest feedback so that I can better serve you. If interested, comment below, and I will randomly pick someone. Please allow 20 minutes, give or take for this trial session, and it will need to be this week. Please like, tag, and share. 👍🏻👥📲 The more the merrier for announcement #3 😉

I want to take a minute and share my gratitude. I was invited into a beautiful assisted living and care facility today in Lincoln to be part of an event they were hosting for their residents. I can not even begin to tell you how in love I fell with my time there. They were so welcoming, encouraging, and gave ME a sense of peace and love. I hope to do this over again and again, not just for them but for any care facilities looking for something different for their residents.

My heart is so full. I am so grateful that I am able to do something that I feel so deeply. 🙏🏼 💜✨️ and just look at this setting... not a bad day at the "office"
