Oh Mona you will be missed!!🥺🥺

What can we say Mona? A dedicated employee for 45 years — what an incredible mile stone!

As it says on the cake, Mona has devoted over one million hours to this organization — truly amazing and deeply appreciated!

Mona has put her heart and sole into her work each and every day. She brought good-hearted humor, contagious laughter, and a sincere, genuine smile to everyone throughout the facility.

In 2023, Mona was nominated for the Sr. Claudia Award, the highest honor given within Benedictine. This award recognizes individuals who demonstrate a deep personal commitment to the Benedictine Mission —someone who uplifts residents, families, and coworkers, and consistently brings a positive influence while going above and beyond. Mona embodies all of this and more.

In her spare time, she also served on the Mission Integration Committee and coordinated the annual and biannual blood drives. She made countless calls, encouraging others to donate, and always helped Vitalant meet their goals!

Mona, your care and compassion for our residents are unmatched. As many have said, you come to work each day with an attitude of gratitude. You have truly lived out our core values — Hospitality, Justice, Respect, and Stewardship.

We want to sincerely thank you for your many years of dedication and the countless hours you have given to this facility.

Congratulations on your retirement. You are truly irreplaceable. We will miss your smiling face and wish you all the very best in this next chapter of you life! ❤️
