I’ve been diving into a red light therapy book lately and learning so much about how powerful light is for the body.

Something that really stood out…

The Sunlighten mPulse sauna is actually one of the saunas recommended in the book. 🙌🏻

And what’s interesting is why.

It’s not about how hot it gets —
it comes down to the quality of the infrared and red light wavelengths being used.

🌱 Planting Seeds: Kids Yoga at Bagg Farm

Our next Mindful Movement Kids Yoga class is happening May 2nd, and this one is extra special.

Kids will enjoy a playful yoga practice inspired by nature, followed by a creative activity where they will decorate their own mini plant pot and plant a seed to take home and grow.

This class is all about reminding kids that just like seeds, the small things we nurture — kindness, patience, and confidence — can grow into something beautiful.

I love seeing people prioritize recovery, slowing down, and giving their nervous system space to reset.
