Kids Yoga + Art is coming to Rise Studio! 🎨🧘‍♀️
Saturday, March 7th

We’re blending movement, creativity, and imagination in this playful yoga + art experience designed just for kids. Each class will include gentle yoga, breathwork, and a creative art element — what that looks like is still unfolding, but one thing is certain: it will be fun, confidence-building, and heart-centered.
