Peppermint: helps mentally if you are fatigued or have a mental strain.

Spearmint: cleanses pores, refreshes the skin, relaxing to the muscles and nerves.

Black spruce: freeing and calming to the mind, grounds you, refreshing and uplifting if stressed.

Red Mandarin: uplifting, cheerful, reduces anxiety. Helps soothe restlessness.
