“Healthy” marketing fooled me for years… and I can’t be the only one.

I used to buy the products on the left side of this video thinking I was making the best investment for my and my family’s body/mind.

Then, I learned more about ingredient quality, sourcing, processing, toxins, inflammation, and how certain foods personally affected our gut → skin → intensity of future allergic reactions.

This isn’t about fear.
And this is definitely not me saying we need to eat “perfectly” –
It IS however about awareness and making better choices whenever we can.

For me, after dealing with chronic health issues, PCOS/infertility diagnosis, my kids’ eczema flare up’s, painful acne, and massive medical bills (now, all this is in the past, praise the Lord) I started realizing that “cheap” food becomes an incredibly expensive & unpleasant experience later.

So instead of losing myself over perfection, I focus on upgrading / swapping where it matters most whenever I can
(I take advantage of the big sales - now or November)
→ cleaner fats/glass jars
→ fewer inflammatory ingredients
→ less processed additives (gut disruptors)
→ better sourcing/true transparency
→ products I genuinely feel good after eating / serving my family

Bonus: All of these swaps taste way better.

✨Comment SWAP if you want the “excellent” & my go-to “good” swaps mentioned + my code that stacks with most Memorial Day sales – I’ll DM everything to you 🤍

Healthy eating wasn’t enough for us.

We were already eating grass-fed meat.
The pasture-raised eggs.
The high-quality seafood.

But something was missing.

The deeper I went into nutrition, the more I realized not all supplements are created equally.

There’s 100+ yrs of research behind freeze-dried organs & homostimulant theory (or organotherapy) - if you consume a specific animal organ (like the heart / liver) to address a health concern, that food will help your own matching organ. “Like heals like”

— but as always quality matters…
A LOT

When organ supplements are heated during processing, delicate peptides are destroyed.

This is why transparency is so key...

One reason I personally choose is because I get to know exactly what I’m putting into my family’s body.

No questionable “proprietary blends” - I know I’m getting meaningful amounts of the right organs vs “fairy dust” doses of the organs we actually need.

All the ingredients are clearly listed - a non negotiable for our allergy fam.

And the stories speak for themselves in our family.

Within weeks of Histamine & Immune, my daughter woke up breathing through her nose again.

With Whole Package, my husband’s testosterone improved.

And during postpartum + nursing through the night, Her Package + American Liver noticeably supported my mood, energy, and recovery.

These are our experiences.
But they changed the way I look at nourishment.

Most beef snacks are packed with gut disrupting fillers/preservatives + “high protein” marketing strategically slapped on the label.

📍Save this so you can reference it & know what to look for when beef stick shopping

As a mum who’s spent years healing my own gut after growing up on processed foods & fast food.. I care deeply about what my kids’ meat sticks are made of bc I notice a huge difference in their moods, digestion, skin (ex-eczema family over here!), energy, and overall wellbeing when they’re eating real quality food.

These are my non-negotiables when it comes to beef snacks for my babies:

1) Grass-fed/grass finished, organic, non-medicated
2) No nitrates/nitrites/preservatives (preferably no celery powder either - frequent consumption = inflammation & health risks)
3) Organ meats for REAL bioavailable nutrition
*esp key for my allergy/eczema kids & pregnant/postpartum mums - these nutrient dense cuts of meat fills the gap for gut & skin supporting nutrients they can’t get/absorb easily)
4) Tested for gut disrupting contaminants & heavy metals.
I’m talking: third-party tested for things like glyphosate, mold, and pathogens.

(And obviously, free from seed oils & allergens 🫡)

I only know 1 brand that goes above and beyond to do this all while regenerating the land.

✨If you want these exact beef sticks + my discount code, comment BEEF and I’ll DM it to you.

We’re not perfect - some nights I have no idea what to feed the kids (I was late to date night here) so THIS is the kind of “fast food” or SOS snack that allows me to leave my kids w/ happy bellies (& guts) and I feel genuinely good about it.

&

Thankfully, my kids are obsessed with these.

She’s in her “does not eat the bread of idleness” era… but that also means she’s in her “forgets to check the mirror” era 😂

(Y’all, I am a horrible multitasker)

Before kids:💃🏻

After kids: barefoot, happily eating grass-fed butter in a stained dress (: I love who God has created me to be more than I ever have before..

True story—
he recorded me and I had ZERO idea my hair looked like that.. but what a privilege it is to end the day exhausted / hair in a disarray from raising little humans.

Apparently my husband doesn’t notice my wild hair because he’s “looking at my smile.” 🫢

I was stung in the neck by a bee when I was little.. ever since then, I admired bees from a VERY safe distance. 🐝

But today, I decided to finally face that fear with my daughter.

My only regret: not doing it sooner.

According to UC Davis, 1 out of every 3 bites of food we eat exists because of pollinators like bees.. blueberries, broccoli, coffee, avocado, cacao - so much of what we love depends on them.

Meanwhile, these tiny creatures are out here busily sustaining entire ecosystems while some of us are either afraid of them or taking them for granted.

What surprised me most wasn’t the amazing bee facts, it was watching my daughter walk in nervous and walk out saying she’s going to become a beekeeper 🥹

Sometimes healing looks like being brave enough to bring your fear into the light and realize it’s not scary, it’s beautiful.

Mahalo nui loa to for educating us, preserving the health of Hawai‘i’s bees, and creating such a beautiful experience even for allergy families.

The tour + honey tasting was incredible.

If you’ve been letting fear keep you distant from something meaningful & dare I say life changing… maybe this is your sign to get a little closer.

🐝 The bees really are the bees knees.

Expensive probiotics aren’t the only option.

Follow for more tips like this✨

These days, I’ve been focusing more on probiotic-rich foods instead of only supplements.

Raw organic honey + quality yogurt 🤌🏼
this combo is where it’s at.

Benefits of probiotics fully making it to where it needs to go:
• better digestion (especially key for postpartum! IYKYK)
• immune support (for all)
• reduced risk of mastitis & increased presence of beneficial bacteria in mums milk (for breastfeeding mums)
• beneficial gut bacteria support (for all)

Quality matters with BOTH the honey and yogurt.

Most commercial honey is heavily processed or exposed to chemicals/sprays from bees pollinating sprayed plants, which is why I choose organic, high-quality, raw honey that’s unheated, unfiltered, unstrained, and free from additives.

Comment HONEY and I’ll send you the one I use + savings on it.
