Keiki Yoga Mindfulness Workshop at North Shore Yoga Co-op in Waialua

This fun-filled yoga class will be infused with art, meditation, dance, and mindfulness. Students will learn some incredible self-regulation techniques that are simple and easy to implement throughout the day. These are short and kid friendly breathing techniques, energy reset activities, mindful meditations, music and movement that your children will love and benefit from. These tools will empower your child to help themselves when emotions are BIG or life becomes overwhelming. Darcie will also be giving the parents a yoga and mindfulness guide to helping you all practice these wonderful resources at home. Darcie is so excited to be teaching at the NSYC space again. Hope you can make it!

Tailored for young hearts and minds, ages 7–14, this class blends playful movement with calming mindfulness exercises, fostering a positive connection between body and mind. Through interactive sessions and art, children will learn essential self-care practices, building resilience and nurturing their overall well-being in a supportive and fun environment. We celebrate the uniqueness of each child, encouraging self-expression and self-love. This event will be an official book launch and celebration of Darcie's Youth Yoga Classes at the North Shore Yoga Co-OP. There will be a brief book talk story on the benefits of yoga and mindfulness for children as well as a book signing and a youth yoga demonstration. Darcie's Books, Crystal Creations, Jewelry and Mala Prayer Beads will be on display for pre-holiday shopping as well as other local merchants and kids art & baked goods for sale. There will be kid friendly activities and fun for the whole family as well as local community resources and professionals that nurture and advocate for children's mental and emotional health and wellbeing.
