Is that a wocket it your pocket?
Why no it’s Bacopa moniere! 🪴
What an unexpected delight it was to discover Brahmi, the revered herb of Ayurveda, on my morning walk! Frankie seemed to enjoy it as well!
Seeing it growing freely among the grass felt like unearthing a hidden treasure of wellness, right in my own backyard.
As I carefully harvested the Brahmi, I felt a deep connection with the earth and the ancient wisdom it holds.
Inspired by this find, I decided to create a unique blend of tea using Brahmi, local Shankapushpi, and rose. Shankapushpi, like Brahmi, is known for its brain-boosting properties in Ayurveda. It’s often used to enhance memory, improve concentration, and reduce stress.
Adding rose to this blend not only gave the tea a delightful aroma and flavor but also brought its own set of benefits. Roses are rich in antioxidants and are known for their calming properties. They can help soothe the mind, uplift the mood, and promote a sense of well-being.
Preparing this herbal tea felt like a ritual. I steeped the freshly harvested Brahmi and Shankapushpi leaves along with rose petals in simmering water. I let the infusion sit for a few minutes, allowing the water to extract the beneficial compounds from the herbs.
Each sip of this aromatic infusion felt like a healing embrace. I could imagine the beneficial properties of these powerful herbs permeating my body, calming my mind, and nourishing my soul. This was more than just a cup of tea; it was a holistic experience that connected me with nature and the timeless wisdom of Ayurveda.
This is truly living Ayurveda 💕
