✅ Build strength: Chair squats, leg lifts, and wall push-ups support everyday movements.
✅ Improve balance: Heel-to-toe walks, toe stands, or marching in place help prevent falls.
✅ Stay flexible: Gentle stretches ease stiffness and keep joints moving.
✅ Boost endurance: Walking, seated marches, or biking support heart and lung health.

We were honored to celebrate our incredible employees at the annual OPH O’ahu Christmas party! From delicious food and dancing to games, contests, and amazing prizes, the evening was filled with laughter, gratitude, and plenty of holiday cheer.

A special highlight of the celebration was recognizing Ohana Pacific Health's 2025 Ohana Champion, a team member who was nominated and voted by their peers for consistently going above and beyond the call of duty. Their dedication, compassion, and commitment truly reflect the heart of our Ohana.
