整体 SEITAI MASSAGE
The Japanese word Seitai means 'to bring the body in to order'.
Seitai will increase your range of motion with individual muscle stretching, PNF stretching, Golgi tendon reflex, nerve releasing, nerve manipulation and ANMA SHIATSU massage.

If you have 90 minutes massage appointment with me and if you would like to try.
Please wear comfortable clothes, such as a loose T-shirt and STRETCH pants, shorts, or leggings. DO NOT WEAR jeans, dresses, excessively short shorts, or skirts. Please REMOVE brassier and all jewelry or accessories such as earrings, necklaces, bracelets, watches, and belts. All Seitai massage is given fully clothed. If you do not wear appropriate clothes then service will be Shiatsu massage.

I'm afraid I am not able to provide Seitai for clients to whom the following apply
•If you have recently undergone joint surgery.
•If you have acute symptoms (sprains, fractures, bruises, pulled muscles, etc.)
•if you have a pacemaker
•etc.

● Shiatsu massage therapy relies on the use of the fingers, thumbs, palm and elbow to apply pressure to various areas of the body’s surface to help heal common ailments and conditions, and correct imbalances in the body. Pressure applied to points on the body promotes energy flow and corrects disharmonies throughout the patient's body. In addition to being a deeply relaxing experience, Shiatsu helps relieve stress, treat pain and contributes to a patient's overall health and wellbeing.Shiatsu regulates the autonomic nervous system activity and stimulates the circulatory, lymphatic and hormonal systems. Poor posture, joint problems, sprains, arthritis, sciatica, acute and chronic neck and back pain are treatable with Shiatsu.

指圧マッサージ療法は、指、親指、手のひら、肘を使って体の表面のさまざまな部分に圧力をかけ、一般的な病気や状態を癒し、体の不均衡を修正することに依存しています。体のポイントに加えられる圧力は、エネルギーの流れを促進し、患者の体全体の不調和を修正します。指圧は、心ゆくまでリラックスできるだけでなく、ストレス解消、痛みの治療、患者さんの健康全般への貢献にも貢献します。指圧は自律神経系の活動を調節し、循環器系、リンパ系、ホルモン系を刺激します。姿勢不良、関節の問題、捻挫、関節炎、坐骨神経痛、急性および慢性の首と背中の痛みは指圧で治療できます。

Shiatsu does not hurt

● In some cases, pressure points stimulated during shiatsu may feel tender but it should not hurt. People often describe this tenderness as "good pain." Let your massage therapist know if you feel discomfort or pain during your massage. They can adjust the pressure to make the massage more comfortable for you.
