Born and raised in the Bay Area, with a four-year adventure in St. Louis, Randi first stepped into teaching through hot Pilates + kettlebells and that’s where yoga stole her heart. 🌺

This past August, she completed a 200-hour YTT in Bali (yes, the ultimate dream trip 🌴) and is bringing that fresh energy home to our studio. Her classes are all about moving your body, coming back to yourself, and remembering just how powerful you are.

New Moon Sound Bath : A Deep Relaxation Journey

Join us under the energy of the New Moon for an immersive evening of sound, stillness, and renewal. This deeply restorative experience is designed to help you reset, recharge, and reconnect to Self.

We'll begin with gentle pranayama (breathwork) to anchor into the present moment and activate the parasympathetic nervous system, guiding the body out of fight/flight and into a state of rest. A short, guided Yoga Nidra practice will follow—inviting deep release through effortless awareness.

As you settle into stillness, allow yourself to recieve the healing vibrations of:

E ho'i mai.

In Hawaiian, this means to "come back" or "return." This month, "E hoʻi mai" means a lot - it's about returning to yourself, to what matters, to what feels good to you.

Whether you practice yoga or not, we all have something in our lives that once nourished us deeply. Maybe it was a creative practice, time in nature, connection with community, or simply quiet moments with ourselves.

Life has a way of pulling us away from these things. Work gets demanding. Schedules shift. Priorities change. And suddenly we realize we've been away from what feeds our souls.

This week, we're thinking about the beauty of returning - not just to yoga, but to anything that calls us home to ourselves.
