MANA TEAM SPOTLIGHT 🌟: Executive Director Andrew Yoon.
Andrew found his way into the behavioral health field by chance, but he quickly discovered a deep connection to the work. He chose to build a career in the industry after being deeply inspired by the genuine care, empathy, and dedication his colleagues showed toward their clients and the local community.

Today, Andrew serves as the Executive Director at Mana Recovery, where he oversees the program’s clinical, behavioral health, and administrative operations. His approach to care extends far beyond a client’s immediate time in treatment; he firmly believes it is essential to understand a person’s life before they enter the program and to prioritize robust maintenance and aftercare planning for when they leave.

Recognizing that Maui is a small, tight-knit community where everyone knows each other, Andrew deeply values the rewarding nature of his work and admires those who pour their authentic selves into helping others,. He draws great strength from the fact that the entire staff at Mana Recovery understands exactly where clients are coming from, having personally gone through the recovery process themselves.
