We love this liquid gold💛 Hand expressing colostrum in the late third trimester is a great way to prep for labor/birth, confidence builder, security deposit for baby, and builds a connection with your breasts in preparation for breastfeeding. It’s a super simple method: self breast massage (video next slide), hold a spoon under ni***es, and draw up colostrum with a syringe and freeze for up to 1 year. Colostrum is your bodies first milk, super rich in antibodies and packed with nutrients: give to newborn, use when you baby or ohana is sick/separated, put it on anything and watch it magically heal lots of skin issues!
