Articulation Therapy: The Tip of the Iceberg

In speech therapy, what we hear is only a small part of the journey. Like an iceberg, the visible progress—those few clear words or sounds—is just the “tip.” Beneath the surface, so much is happening: learning new motor patterns, developing awareness of errors, practicing in different settings, and working toward consistency and confidence.

Sometimes it may feel like progress is slow or hard to measure. But rest assured—our littles are learning, growing, and building the foundation needed for generalization. Trust the process. Every small step matters. 💬❄️🧠
