Articulation Therapy: The Tip of the Iceberg

In speech therapy, what we hear is only a small part of the journey. Like an iceberg, the visible progress—those few clear words or sounds—is just the “tip.” Beneath the surface, so much is happening: learning new motor patterns, developing awareness of errors, practicing in different settings, and working toward consistency and confidence.

📢 Some exciting things are happening with MCB this week! We are moving locations to our new Wailuku clinic. This has been a loooooooonnnng process, so after MUCH anticipation (and an unmeasurable amount of elbow grease from our token Lithuanian - recently nicknamed by our work neighbor as “Trophy Husband”) we are extra grateful to be in a new space where we can serve our pediatric (and some adult) clients! Bonus: Maui Chatterbox will be offering speech therapy, occupational therapy and ABA therapy at this center. 🥳🤩🙌🏼
