I entered this painting back in October and the theme was “Live your Fantasy”. The challenge was to create a narrative painting that depicts a scene from a fairytale. I chose Alice in Wonderland and the flower head scene in the movie. This is ‘Hello Wonderland’ and she’s the biggest (“36 x 48”) cavas I’ve worked on. This really took me out of my comfort zone. Thank you for gifting me 4 of these canvases 🙏🏽. No wins for me in the contest but the real win was painting on such a huge canvas and randomly entering a contest 😱. She’s lovely hanging in my living room welcoming friends and family 😁.
