During our occupational therapy sessions, we gently guide our clients in understanding their neurotype, fostering a positive and empowering self-identity. We cherish highlighting their strengths and thoughtfully exploring their interoceptive awareness. Through gentle self-awareness exercises involving sensory processing and exploration, we aim to cultivate understanding and acceptance of their unique traits. We believe it is vital to teach our clients how to confidently advocate for their needs in a world that often isn’t naturally accommodating. Our goal is to support them with kindness and empathy every step of the way.

Abrielle is our Occupational therapy student, Kiki is our animal assistant therapist, Ella is our volunteer therapy technician, Lynette is the owner and Occupational therapist and Hunter is our Certified Occupational Therapy assistant.
We love our career and enjoy working together to create a safe space for clients to receive their Occupational therapy services.
