Our goal is to improve the minds and bodies of our riders, using our horses as therapy tools.

Therapeutic Horsemanship of Hawaii’s goal is to improve the minds and bodies of our riders, using our horses as therapy tools. Our riders build strength in their bodies by learning to groom, saddle and ride. They improve their attitude by learning from our horses and receiving unconditional love that only animals can provide. Therapeutic Horsemanship of Hawaii specializes in riding instruction for the disabled, but provides instruction to riders of any ability.

Help! We are currently looking for volunteer help with mucking on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays (takes about 1 to 2 hours, need to push a full wheelbarrow, can be any time of day) as well as help with Saturday lessons from 9 to noon. Hay! We are looking.for someone to feed the herd on Sunday afternoons at 5 pm for.the month of November. It takes around 30 minutes or so. Must be able to lift a 50 lb feed bag. HALP! We are looking for some volunteer help! We need help with Fall Break Camp next week, M-F Oct 6 to 10th from 9 am to either noon or 2:30. Also looking for someone to muck on Thursdays or Fridays (takes about 1 - 2 hours, can be any time of day, must push a wheelbarrow) as well as someone to do water buckets on Thursdays or Fridays at 8 am (takes about 30 min to 1 hr).
