Aina Meals is a meal prep service based out of Waialua, HI and we specialize in the preparation and delivery of healthy food. We have over 11 years of culinary experience and we take it upon ourselves to use the knowledge we've gained to create upscale healthy meals using fresh and delicious ingredients that are all bought locally and are organic. Many of our meals are mostly gluten- and dairy-free, follow paleo and keto dietary guidelines, and provide vegetarian options. Our goal is to help improve wellness and optimal physical performance among our clients and prove that healthy eating can taste good.
