A fit body is the most important aspect of life. It’s your protection from all things. Protection from your mind… protection from unfairness, rejection, unattractiveness, depression, immobility, illness. It’s the answer to all things in life. “ This happened or that happened… but when fitness is in your pocket you can always end the statement with “at least I’m fit”. Ending with that is more powerful then you think.

This is how I used to start my Day

6am snack before breakfast. Small bowl of salad. ( great time to start getting in the veggies )

One banana. 6 garlic pickles. ( great antioxidant. Lower bad cholesterol and blood pressure)

This is me currently. Relaxed and flexed. 190lbs. Nearly 20lbs heavier then my last post 2 years ago. I haven’t done any cardio for last two years. Just strength training when I can and eating anything and everything… fun. I’m ready get back.
