Join the FREE Divine Breath Yoga ministry each Tuesday 7-8:15pm for a big screen livecast at SABB or join the Christ-centered practice from home by Zoom. We gather 15 minutes early for sound checks and to settle into our sacred spaces for this embodied prayer.

Meditate on scripture and enjoy Christian music while practicing a mindful breath and gentle movements. Dress comfortably and bring a yoga mat. Adaptive modifications offered - join as your body allows.

In yoga, we practice mindfulness -- gentle noticing of the flow of breath in movement or in stillness. Join us each Tuesday 7-8:15pm Eastern via Zoom or in-person at SABB in Annapolis. All are welcome!

I took a Mindfulness in Art class at the Honolulu Museum of Art. While savoring Monet's "Water Lilies," we learned he painted this serenity while hearing explosions during World War 1 -- balancing calm in the storm.
