Zoom Yoga meets each Tuesday 7-8:15pm Eastern with a simulcast at SABB church in Annapolis to join in community. Doors/Zoom open 15 min early for sound checks and to get settled into a comfortable rest.

Our four Advent candles are lit (Hope, Peace, Joy, and Love) to shine Light into our hearts and the world.

Create a serene space to practice restorative yoga this week and next 12/23 and 12/30, 7-8:15pm Eastern, 2-3:15pm Hawaiian time.

No in-person yoga at SABB as they are a site of Winter Relief for homeless people. Support the work of providing refuge to the marginalized and vulnerable in your community. Come, Emmanuel - God with us!

Peace takes effort. Sharing the light of Peace can spark serene flickers of Hope with great power over darkness. In this second week of Advent, we are called to put in the work to choose loving kindness, to help others, and to illuminate true paths to Peace in serenely powerful ways.

This week, our Tuesday yoga is meeting Zoom-only with an Advent inspired playlist. Next week's schedule is to be determined - pending travel plans to MD Anderson Cancer center in Houston

Where do you see the light of HOPE? Take a moment throughout your day to notice glimmers of HOPE during this first week of Advent.

Meditate on HOPE during our Tuesday yoga practice (7-8:15pm Eastern time) in-person at St Andrew by the Bay in Annapolis or join by Zoom. Gather 15 minutes early for sound checks and to create a serene space for embodied prayer.
