The nonprofit currently manages CentraCare Earth Day Run, Apple

🌳 For Earth Day, we're planting one TREE for every kid! For every kid participating in the FREE Kid’s 1K (and for every $1 donated during any Earth Day Run registration), Active Central MN and Great River Greening will plant one tree in Central or Greater Minnesota within a year of Earth Day 2026. In 2025, 330 participating kids catalyzed 330 trees planted. In 2026, we're planning for even more kids and trees!
