3pm-8pm - Race Expo and Health & Fitness Festival (free and open to the public), including packet pickup and race day registration until 8pm, free Expo Stage talks and free group workouts.

3:10pm - Health & Fitness Festival Welcome and Overview

3:35pm - Community Workout: Metabolic Burn

3:50pm - Informational Chat: Strength Training for Runners with physical therapist Jon Heger, DPT, MBA, CSCS

Half Marathon Relay Runners, please use our shuttle! 🚌

Parking is available at nearby Life Assembly of God Church (2409 Clearwater Rd, St Cloud, MN 56301); however, we encourage participants to use the relay Exchange Zone shuttle as there will be limited parking available at the church.

Our shuttles will run every 15-20 min from 8:10am - 10:30am, located at the Metro Bus lot located across from Wells Fargo on 5th Avenue in downtown St. Cloud.

CentraCare Earth Day Run Weekend is TOMORROW! 📣 Participants, you’ll receive two $5 downtown bucks vouchers for the downtown celebrations when you pick up your packets. 💸 Find the list of participating businesses at: https://www.visitdowntownstc.com/earthdayrun/

Runners, you can pick up your race bib packets at the CentraCare Earth Day Run Expo and Health & Fitness Festival, located in the River’s Edge Convention Center (10 4th Avenue South, St. Cloud, MN 56301) on Friday at 3pm and Saturday at 6:30am.

Bring your government-issued ID or race registration confirmation email. Picking up for others? Please be prepared to show a photo of their ID or a copy of their race registration confirmation email.

There will be late/on-site race registration available at the expo on Friday from 3:00-6:30pm and Saturday from 6:30-8:00am
