We celebrated National Letters to Elders Day with the sweetest surprise delivery! 💌✨ Our residents were overjoyed to receive heartfelt letters and colorful artwork created especially for them by talented 4th graders.

A heartfelt thank you to the amazing students at Holy Trinity Catholic School for taking the time to write thoughtful messages and create beautiful pictures. Your kindness, creativity, and compassion truly brightened our residents’ day. The smiles, happy tears, and meaningful conversations sparked by your letters were priceless. 💖

Last Friday at Sterling Park Assisted & Independent Living, we had the privilege of hosting a powerful and heartfelt presentation: “What They Don’t Tell You About Grief.” 💜✨

Grief isn’t just about loss — it’s about love, memories, change, and learning how to move forward while honoring what matters most. 💭🕊️ It can be quiet. It can be loud. It can show up when we least expect it. And most importantly, it looks different for everyone.

A special thank you to Triniti Home Health & Hospice for leading such a compassionate and meaningful discussion. Your guidance, empathy, and expertise created a safe space for reflection, understanding, and connection. 🤝💙

What a beautiful evening at Sterling Park Assisted & Independent Living for our annual Sweetheart Dinner ❤️

We are so grateful to everyone who joined us to celebrate love, community, and compassion. Your presence made the night truly special, and your generosity helped us raise meaningful funds in support of the Alzheimer’s Association.

The evening was a wonderful reminder of the strength of our Sterling Park family. Most importantly, together we are making a difference in the fight against Alzheimer’s and supporting research, care, and advocacy for those affected.

Thank you to our residents, families, staff, and community supporters who made this event such a success. Your kindness and commitment truly warm our hearts.

🎨❤️ Heart-Filled Creativity in Action! ❤️🎨

Our residents spent the afternoon making beautiful Q-tip painted hearts, and the results were absolutely adorable!

Using simple tools like paint, Q-tips, and lots of imagination, they created colorful heart designs full of personality and love. ❤️ The activity brought out plenty of smiles, conversation, and shared creativity.

We love seeing everyone enjoy these hands-on projects that brighten our halls and our hearts! 💕🌟
