Healthy Intentions Living My story with the Crystal Bowls is one that is concrete example of the powerful transformative nature of sound and vibration.

The first time I heard the harmonic sounds of the bowls I felt right at home. I was surrounded by like-minded community that filled walls of the center with laughter, joy, and happiness. While the bowls were loud, soft, powerful and gentle all wrapped into one; they released the dense thick layers that removed the blocks that built up in this life journey. The guided meditations coupled with the intention gave me the power to release stuck limited beliefs and to create a blissful life on this soul journey. A place where love is the highest vibration and fear {false evidence appearing real} is the only thought process that holds you back. What I processed and let go in the crystal bowl meditations combined with a Kundalini awakening allowed me to have a deep connection with divine and the choice to live a positive, happy, and loving life that lead me to create my own wellness business. I’ve been blessed to have played the bowls in New Jersey, Colorado, Massachusetts, New York, and now the Carolinas. As I continue on this beautiful life journey, I welcome and would love to hear your story.

There is never a moment where we are not creating. Law of attraction is always on!!! We have 48.6 thoughts per minute, 20,000-70,000 thoughts per day. Research shows that up to 80% of our thoughts are negative. Usually 90% of our thoughts are from the day before creating a past-present reality.

To create a present-future reality; change your thoughts, recognize the disempoweing belief your mind is telling you and what that belief holds you back from having the life you desire. Then create a positive empowering belief. It might take a few or serveral tries to find the words. Be gentle, be kind and be non-judgemental to yourself during these times of transformation.
