As we care for seniors in their homes, we become family, so they become very important to us. Whenever we loose one of them it's hard to loose a love one. We celebrated the life of one of our clients Don Eidson who passed away few month back. It was an honor to care for such an incredible soul. Certified Nurse Assistant Job Description
Qualification
- Candidate most have a current & valid NC Certification for Nursing Assistant.
-Must be at least 18 years of age.
-Compassionate, mature, sympathetic and professional at all times
-Good organization & communication skill
- Ability to read, write, and carry out directions.
-Candidate must successfully complete any required pre-employment evaluation or test(s) per policy
-Candidate will have the physical ability to perform job-related duties, which may require lifting, standing, bending, transferring, stretching, walking, and pulling.

Responsibilities: Assist in the following area
1- Personal care functions including
a- Bathing (bed, tub, shower, or sponge bath)
b-Skin care
c- Toileting (bedpan, urinal, commode and/or toilet)
d-Grooming,
e- Oral hygiene (denture care)
f- Assist with dressing and un******ng
2- Assist with feeding of resident
3- Measuring resident intake & output
4- proper transfer technique
5- Assist with turning and positioning of resident
