This is important!! You need to CRUSH the ANTs (Automatic Negative Thoughts) 🐜🧠

Identify your negative, destructive thoughts and work on replacing them with positive ones. Your negative thoughts and health anxiety can literally lead to disease no matter what supplements you’re taking or how clean you’re eating!

It’s hard if you’re stuck in a negative pattern, we understand. It’s a daily choice and daily decision to crush those ANTs and it’s much harder for some than others, but you CAN conquer them. You CAN heal!!

1. “The test results are going to show that I’m dying!”

2. “There’s no way my body can heal from this. It’s impossible.”

3. “It’s probably cancer”

4. “There’s nothing I can do about this. It’s genetic. I’m powerless.”

5. “Ya, I feel okay right now, but it’s bound to come back/happen again.”

6) “My body is continually falling apart. That’s just a part of getting old.”

The Lighthouse healthcare approach is hope based, not fear based. More healthcare should be like this. Your mind is so powerful. It can be your greatest tool to heal or a thorn in your flesh. It’s time to rewire your mindset.
