One of our patients is carrying twins and she didn’t use chiropractic care during her last two pregnancies. This time around she has been seeing Dr. Jess and you can ask her yourself, but she has noticed huge benefits! Chiropractic is extremely helpful during pregnancy (especially when having twins!)
Dr. Jess is Webster certified, which is a specific chiropractic technique for pregnant women.

This technique helps balance out the ligaments around the pelvis to make sure the body is balanced and symmetrical, reducing the possibility of intrauterine constraint. It optimizes the mother’s pelvic function in pregnancy and birth. It also may create more space for the baby to assume the best possible position for birth. Another great benefit many moms know about is that it helps them have less pain and a more enjoyable pregnancy!
