Thank You for Mobilizing—The Fight Against Senate Bill 405 Continues!

We are incredibly grateful for the swift response from our community in standing against Senate Bill 405.

Thanks to your support, NCSAAM has made significant progress—engaging lawmakers, coordinating with other stakeholders, and ensuring our voices are heard.

On Wednesday, we spoke at the Senate Health Committee Meeting, successfully inserting ourselves into the legislative process, and meeting with lawmakers. We have laid the foundation for continued opposition against the Chiropractic Licensing Board’s movement, but the battle is far from over.

🔴 THE FIGHT IS NOT OVER. WE NEED YOUR HELP IMMEDIATELY. 🔴

The bill has moved to the Rules Committee and will soon be discussed again.
To maintain momentum, we must hire a lobbyist next week to continue protecting our right to practice acupuncture in North Carolina.

📢 HOW YOU CAN HELP:
✔️ Share this message with everyone who has benefited from acupuncture—family, friends, even out-of-state colleagues.
✔️ Donate today to help us fund advocacy efforts. Every dollar strengthens our ability to fight this bill.
🚨 Do not wait—every contribution matters! 🚨
🔗 DONATE NOW

Together, we can defend our profession and protect access to acupuncture in NC. Thank you for standing with us in this critical moment!

The connection between gut and brain. Eating fermented foods can improve anxiety, stress, depression, and can stabilize your mood.
Come learn how Traditional Chinese Medicine combines acupuncture and diet to help you feel your best.

Your gut and brain are more connected than you think. Scientists have found that probiotics in foods like kimchi, yogurt, and miso may help regulate mood. While they’re no substitute for therapy, adding these foods to your diet might give you a mental health boost.
