It's not your fault, you know? If you have a overly critical narrative or voice in your mind, I don't blame you one bit. Even if you find yourself critical of others, you won't find me passing judgment on you.
How you talk to yourself is a learned behavior. Which means you can unlearn it, too.
Contemplative practices offer experiences to observe the thoughts that we have, and mindfulness grounds us in our body while observing our thoughts.

We learn a framework called nonviolent communication along with a variety of contemplative and indigenous- inspired practices that can cultivate self-compassion.
Judgment does not have to be the main narrative in your inner dialogue. There are tools that you can learn and practice in a women's group to change the narrative.
