Join me for a monthly series all revolving around the Simple Pleasures found in life. Gather in intentional community to build and cultivate your awareness practice.

Each gathering will include a 30 minute mini lesson on mindfulness and group practice in a different exercise to support our intention for the month.

It's not your fault, you know? If you have a overly critical narrative or voice in your mind, I don't blame you one bit. Even if you find yourself critical of others, you won't find me passing judgment on you.

How you talk to yourself is a learned behavior. Which means you can unlearn it, too.

Contemplative practices offer experiences to observe the thoughts that we have, and mindfulness grounds us in our body while observing our thoughts.

If you up as female and feel you have an overly critical voice inside your head, regardless of whether you've been diagnosed with ADHD or not, this 5-week course may be for you. We learn a framework called nonviolent communication along with a variety of contemplative and indigenous- inspired practices that can cultivate self-compassion.

Judgment does not have to be the main narrative in your inner dialogue. There are tools that you can learn and practice in a women's group to change the narrative.

Life gets so good when we drop the self judgement.

Between the two women who swapped with me last time, they had driven almost 4 hours total to receive this practice.

This session on Friday already has women from 1-2 hour drive, one way.

Why are women willing to spend their precious time driving for these rituals?

Maybe, not knowing exactly what swamping is or if it will support them, most of them are simply desperate for answers or support. This society isn't kind to the divine feminine. Others know me personally and have heard of my sacred experiences with the practice and are curious.

Whatever the reason, I honor each woman's trust in me and in their bodies. It is an immense responsibility to hold space for the feminine grief and rage of both the individual and the collective.

This is the practice I choose to follow.

Yesterday I had a difficult experience.

I had a melt down. I became mute. I completely shut down.

I kept asking myself, " What do you need, babe?"

My answers were: to tell people close to me about my experience, rest, to be cared for, and compassion.

And I gave that to myself.

Also, I won't be continuing the professional relationship that supported the shut down I experienced.

It doesn't matter that it took me hours to come back to functionality. I'm really proud of how I responded. How i cared for myself...Because I'm in charge of taking care of myself. 💯 %
