Our Story

Teresa Hale, PT, started Allied Rehab in Wake Forest in 1987. Our full-service outpatient clinic (offering Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy for ages birth-100) has been serving area residents for 32 years. Thanks to our passionate and dedicated therapists who are invested in your complete health and well being, you will quickly become part of our Allied family!

Our facility features multiple treatment rooms and a spacious gym that is filled with large windows and natural light. We are conveniently located at the corner of S Franklin Street and the Hwy 98 bypass in Wake Forest. We are here to serve you Monday-Friday, 8:00am-6:00pm. Please drop in or give us a call any time.
