My daughter Cassia can always be depended on to make us a Friday night treat. 🤗 Tonight it's caramel custard! Mmmm... This is an old fave that I originally made with coconut milk (but use whatever milk you like) and it's sweetened with coconut sugar or Rapadura or medjool dates (with a dash of salt and a dollop of butter if you can have dairy) to give it that salty-sweet caramelly flavour! Super quick and easy to make and SO good!!
