Perkins Counseling & Psychological Services, PLLC is a comprehensive group practice in Wake Forest, North Carolina. We have a team of professional, highly qualified, specialized, clinicians offering therapy and assessment services across the lifespan – from preschoolers to older adults. Psychologists and therapists offer counseling for a wide spectrum of problems including depression, anxiety disorders, relationship issues, parenting, ADHD, and post traumatic stress disorder. Assessments offered include: educational testing for learning disorders, ADHD assessment for children and adults, autism spectrum diagnosis, developmental disorders, and evaluations for medical procedures such as bariatric surgery and spinal cord stimulator trials.
