****New Teacher****
Come meet Theresa this week! We’re so excited to have her join the teaching fam!
“Me in a nutshell: I love yoga! It has helped me become the person I am. Non judgemental, of myself and others. Connected body, mind and soul. It is my go to, my way of life. It is exercise for my body, but also my connection to my heart and well-being.
I love the power flow, but also the yin to rejuvenate my whole being.
I am me...a wife, a mother, a Nana, an RN, Reiki Level 3 practitioner, certified breathwork coach, and coach in the 7 steps of Alchemy Methodology.
Through this guided process, I discovered that specific events and experiences can become burrowed in all levels within the psyche and physical body making an individual act and react in repeated behavioral patterns. This journey is about fixing ourselves from within. This awaking and higher consciousness only happens when you choose to show up; be present; and trust. This process is as mysterious as it is powerful.
This process allowed me to reframe myself choosing to live in truth; my truth; choosing peace over drama and most of all choosing to be my authentic self. How I and my life can live in harmony. This is called mindful living. I have learned to live from the place of authenticity and sovereignty through practice and discipline of mindful living through truth; peace; love and gratitude.
Learning how powerful each of us are when we are living with intention; audacity; and by living in my authentic and sovereign life, has not only changed my life but those around me.
Come flow with me...get your power on or relax and let go. Either way...be present, listen to your body, and connect with your soul.
We are all connected on this journey. I really believe if we encounter it with love and gratitude...it can be amazing”💖e
