While we may be closed for the next couple of days, the morning was filled with joy celebrating Jen’s birthday before the scary epic ice storm coming our way! The studio was filled with joy, love, compassion, and tons of laughter!!! We love our community so much for sticking with us through a year of transition and shedding as well as alchemical shifts and transformation. Healing is in the air and in every breath shared within the walls of Alchemy. We love you and cannot wait to hold space with you and for you this year! We’ll see you on your mats soon! A beautiful soul cleansing time was had by these lucky woman who attended the Align & Release workshop. We mapped where our energy is depleted and no longer needed and released with a cleansing ceremony. The workshop was waitlisted so we’ll have another soon.
