When the nervous system feels safe, the body responds differently.

My approach to massage has evolved over the years —from chasing pressure to creating balance. Thoughtful, intentional work paired with time for the body to soften, settle, and integrate.

I listen to your goals, but I also listen to what your tissues, breath, and nervous system are communicating in the moment. Every session becomes a conversation, not a correction.

Massage works best as part of a bigger picture —supported by gentle stretching, strengthening where needed, hydration, and rest. When you participate in your own care, the changes tend to last longer and feel more sustainable.

Friday’s restorative class is designed to help you unwind and reset through fully supported poses, gentle Thai massage assists, and a guided meditation to close. No effort. No expectations. Just rest.

This class is perfect if you’ve been feeling stressed, tired, or in need of nervous system support. You don’t need flexibility or experience — just a willingness to receive.

Friday | 6:00–7:15 PM

Space is limited to keep the experience intimate.

For desk days and tight shoulders 🎾

Using a tennis ball provides a gentle compression to tight shoulder muscles, helping increase circulation and encourage tension to release. It’s a simple, effective way to give your shoulders a break during the workday- especially if you spend long hours sitting or looking at a screen.

This can also be done with a lacrosse ball, which will give a little more intense sensation.

Tip of the day: put the tennis ball on your desk within your line of vision. That way it will be a visual reminder to do this exercise. 🧡

Both sessions are always intentional bodywork- the difference is time & focus.

A 60 minute session is a beautiful reset. It’s great for relaxation, calming the nervous system, or focusing on either of the upper or lower body while still addressing the body as a whole.

A 90 minute session offers more space to spend time where your body needs it most. If you’re working on ongoing tension, multiple areas of concern, or want deeper support, the extra time allows for more thorough, layered work.

If you’re unsure which to choose, I’m always happy to help guide you. Your body usually knows we just give it the space to be heard. 🧡

Cupping, hot stones, and hot towels are available for any session (excluding prenatal) for no additional charge.
