My approach to massage has evolved over the years —from chasing pressure to creating balance. Thoughtful, intentional work paired with time for the body to soften, settle, and integrate.
I listen to your goals, but I also listen to what your tissues, breath, and nervous system are communicating in the moment. Every session becomes a conversation, not a correction.
Massage works best as part of a bigger picture —supported by gentle stretching, strengthening where needed, hydration, and rest. When you participate in your own care, the changes tend to last longer and feel more sustainable.
