Helping your child become a nose breather is one of the most powerful things you can do for their long-term health. 💨👃
Nose breathing supports proper facial development, better sleep, stronger immunity, and improved focus and behavior. Mouth breathing, on the other hand, can lead to a narrow jaw, crowded teeth, enlarged tonsils, restless sleep, and even delayed growth.
As parents, there’s so much we can do to support nasal breathing:
✔️ Encourage lips closed and tongue up
✔️ Limit thumb sucking and pacifier use
✔️ Treat allergies or congestion early
✔️ Create routines that support deep, restful sleep
✔️ Get to the root of why mouth breathing is happening
If you notice your child sleeping with their mouth open, snoring, grinding, or struggling with attention during the day — these are all signs worth exploring.
We're here to help you uncover what’s going on and support your child’s growth from the inside out. 🧠🦷🌿
