My Story
There are 2 ways to approach yoga...either living to do yoga or doing yoga to live. I practice yoga to live my best life. Yoga is so valuable in all facets of life. It can help with stress relief, relieve chronic pain, make you stronger, gain a sense of inner calm...and the list goes on and on. I have 31 years of group fitness teaching experience and have been teaching yoga for 16 years. I have three yoga certifications, including Yoga for Athletes, and am a registered yoga teacher (200 RYT) through Yoga Alliance. I am certified to teach Pilates and currently teach a variety of classes including cycle and boot camp. My personal exercise regimen includes running, cycling, swimming, weight lifting, and, of course, yoga!
