NEW CLASS: Stretch & Breathe with starts next week (7/9)!
This gentle stretch class focuses on lengthening and loosening large and small muscle groups and increasing flexibility and mobility. Students will be led through dynamic movements as well as static stretches, and will learn how to safely stretch, with an emphasis on proper techniques and alignment to reduce injury. All levels and abilities are welcome, and no experience is needed. Modifications, props and gentle assists will be offered when appropriate.
Keri is a 200h RYT whose love for yoga began as a young adult, looking for a form of exercise that felt like a natural extension of her gymnastics background. A consistent practitioner now for over 20 years, she felt called to share passion for movement, meditation and more. Her teaching spans across all age groups, offering classes to young children, teenagers and adults, with a range of class options from deep stretching to hot vinyasa.
