I'm so happy and pleased to be a part of the Brave Kids book series again! I am one of 25 authors who have created stories to assist children in navigating life's challenges with more insight and bravery (ages 6-12).

Our launch day is scheduled for JUNE 3RD...
I would love to read my story to some elementary school age children...public, private or home schoolers.

A little chilly, but a great day at the Thamesgiving Artisan Market last weekend in Newport! Thanks to my wellness cohorts Beverly &Wellness and Nota Hypnosis for sharing a table.

Mini myofascial release treatments given in exchange for a donation to the Domestic Violence Resource Center of S.County. Fifty dollars was raised and Sun Star Healing matched this. The DVRC is always appreciative of any amount donated.
There was also a lucky winner of the 90 minute evaluation and treatment session.

What a great opportunity it was to join women of like mind at the Women's Herbalism Conference at Misty Meadows in Lee, NH last weekend!
There were many well known herbalists sharing their knowledge, the weather was spectacular, and there was shopping, too!
I was grateful to be one of the vendors promoting the Brave Kids books Vol. 1 and 2.

I'm so grateful for being introduced to myofascial release!
If it weren't for all the MFR treatment I've received in the past few years along with a consistent home stretch and release program, and a cardio routine, I wouldn't of been able to trek up Mt. Washington with little to no soreness. The rain and gusts of wind were the only hindrance.

Along with the MFR study group, I was able to get even more intensive treatment with expert level therapist, Leslie Frasier at her beautiful recently renovated historical family home, Rivermede in York, ME.

She has done an amazing job and has turned a portion of her home into her treatment space and a retreat center.
Thanks Leslie for hosting and sharing your home and this beautiful property with me!

And let's not forget the huge releasing treatment session...I wasn't aware that there were even deeper layers to unfold and let go of within me. Thank you for your therapeutic touch, your support and holding space for me.🙏💜

Weekends have been busy lately...
Not only have I been throughly enjoying and learning so much in the level III herbalism program at Misty Meadows in Lee, NH, but I continue to further my MFR skills.
I attended a study group in Kennebunk, ME recently with other therapists lead by @ Carol M. Davis, expert and educator in the field....such a cohesive group! I look forward to the next one!
