Just spent a wonderful afternoon with Ian McDermott and co from capturing a heartfelt conversation between Leah Hancock () and me. We dug into grief, anxiety, over-commitment, boundaries, mental load, and the guilt that so many of us feel during the holiday season.

The sun was shining, and we soaked in the apricity on our faces sitting on the steps of the bandstand by Lake Quannapowitt as we talked openly, normalizing the hard stuff and breaking stigma one conversation at a time. 💛

Big thanks to Kimi Ceridon () for making it all come together. 🙌
