Together, we are working to develop a new, transformational partnership model for independent health systems. This approach allows high-performing community hospitals like South County Health to remain locally governed while gaining access to advanced technology, digital modernization, and strategic capabilities that support long-term sustainability.

For our partners, South County Health represents an opportunity to help demonstrate a scalable national model for quality care and innovation. It offers other independent hospitals a viable path to remain strong and sustainable without needing to merge into larger health systems.
