✨ Now Enrolling: Real Talk – A Supportive Group for Teen Girls ✨
Starting March 18!

We’re excited to announce the launch of Real Talk, an 8-week supportive group designed specifically for teen girls (ages 12–14) who want to build confidence, strengthen social skills, and feel more comfortable speaking up and being heard.

This small group offers a safe, welcoming space to connect with peers and learn practical tools for:

• Managing social anxiety
• Building lasting friendships
• Navigating peer dynamics
• Improving communication skills
• Growing confidence and self-esteem

Led by Casey McGoldrick, LCSW, sessions include Games, Art Activities, Journaling Prompts, and Guided Discussions to help teens build real-world skills in a supportive environment.

✨Launch Lunch✨

Last week, we had the pleasure of welcoming Liz and Sara from Thrive Psychiatric Care, whom we were meeting for the first time. It was such a wonderful opportunity to connect, exchange perspectives, and strengthen relationships within our professional community.

We were also so happy to see Tracy Glazier, PsyD a local psychologist we’ve known and valued, who joined us so we could meet her beautiful new baby. 💛

Moments like these remind us that our work is deeply relational, not just with clients, but with colleagues and community as well.

Grateful for collaboration, connection, and a growing network of professionals who care deeply about the work we do !

We loved connecting with the Killam Elementary School PTO in Reading! 💚

Our very own Dr Ilana Blatt-Eisengart had the opportunity to speak with parents (in person and on Zoom!) about preventing and managing challenging behaviors in children, sharing practical strategies and lots of reassurance along the way.

Huge thanks to the amazing parents who showed up, asked thoughtful questions, and were so open about the real-life challenges of parenting. These conversations matter, and we’re always grateful to be part of such supportive school communities.

Yesterday, our team came together for our monthly Launch Lunch and this month, we had the pleasure of welcoming Danielle Lavallee, founder and owner of Lavallee Wellness, LLC with whom we had the chance to discuss on how our disciplines collide and intersect.

The conversation sparked reflection, curiosity, and meaningful dialogue about collaboration, perspective, and the value of learning from one another across fields. We’re grateful for the opportunity to pause, connect as professional and be inspired by voices that challenge and expand our thinking.
